Found on Van Nuys Blvd during El Nino

As Los Angeles folks remember , February was one of the rainiest months on record.  As I was heading home on the 405 South, the road conditions were horrible as the local streets bordering the Sepulveda Basin flood and the roads are closed by the Highway Patrol. All cars are either forced to take the 405 or get stranded in the flood waters.

It was reported from reliable sources that an unknown creature was spotted navigating Van Nuys Blvd, heading west on Burbank Blvd. trying to get on the 405 South.

This is the image that was spotted in the late afternoon.C47HE5iVUAA8tYw.jpg
