Cigar Art: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
My office at home has several photos of cigar scenes. The idea for me was to create a room that had a Caribbean flavor as I have visited this part of the world often.
The color of the walls reflect island life, the windows have bamboo shades, the humidors are lined up on a wicker style low to the floor chest of drawers. The room looks very cool without actually smoking in it. We don’t smoke in the house at all. I have a good-sized backyard which is ideal for cigar smoking even in poor weather as it also has a covered area. The joys of living in living in Los Angeles is weather is rarely a factor if you care to have a cigar outdoors.
Cigars as an art form is depicted in so many ways such as photo’s, drawings, and other hand-made objects. Celebrities in all types of business are seen in many media arts. Some of them are very serious looking poses , while others are more whimsical . Here is a cross-section of different styles of cigar “art”. If you have some favorites , please send them my way and I will post them in Urban Fishing Pole Cigars.
