NEW PERDOMO RESERVE 10TH ANNIVERSARY BOX-PRESSED COMING
Tabacalera Perdomo announced the release of the new Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro and Sun Grown in August 2020. The Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Champagne, awarded Best Brand Nicaragua in 2018 by Cigar Journal, continues to be one of the top-selling premium cigars on the market and the new Maduro and Sun Grown are sure to compliment the line and capture the hearts of cigar enthusiasts worldwide.
“Our Perdomo Reserve line has been on the market for over 20 years. We wanted to come out with something really special to honor the history of the brand and offer a cigar that every cigar smoker would truly fall in love with,” states Nick Perdomo, Jr., President, and CEO. “We blended these cigars with 6-year aged Cuban-seed wrapper, binder, and filler tobaccos that we carefully hand-selected from our most prestigious farms located in the Estelí, Condega, and the famed Jalapa Valley in Nicaragua. We blended these cigars to not only be rich in flavor, but also to be very smooth on the pallet with slight hints of sweetness. Our tasting panel with over 250 years of cigar making and premium tobacco experience was amazed at how great this blend tastes.”
The Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Maduro is a medium to full-bodied Nicaraguan “puro” blended with a dark, oily 6-year old Cuban-seed Nicaraguan wrapper that has been bourbon barrel-aged for an additional 14 months and is paired with 6-year old Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos to create naturally sweet flavors with hints of dark cocoa and espresso on the finish.
The Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Box-Pressed Sun Grown is a medium to full-bodied Nicaraguan “puro” blended with a beautiful 6-year old Cuban-seed Nicaraguan wrapper that has been bourbon barrel- aged for an additional 10 months and is paired with 6-year old Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos to create a rich core of earthy flavors with hints of spice and sweetness on the finish.
