Cigar events:
Los Angeles/ Southern California has about 315 days of sunshine in a calendar year. What that means is you do not have to cram all your fun events in a weekend. Monday comes up it’s pretty much the same as Saturday.
Plan on a beach day? Actually better to do it during the week as it’s less crowded. Bike ride on Thursday? Go ahead. Smoke a cigar? Any day will do you.
Having lived in LA almost 21 years, you get to know the slightly different weather patterns depending on the season.
Basically though , LA folks as a rule do not worry about the sunny days. Rain though is an entirely different mindset. That’s another story.
