Cigar news: Smaller size for those fans.
Keep smoking
Villiger adds minuto to La Meridiana line. Villiger’s La Meridiana line is a bold puro from Nicaragua and it’s been on the market for years. But now there is a new size, small for the colder winter months. The Villiger La Meridiana Minuto measures 4×28 but offers the same richness, power, and complexity as the larger vitolas in the line.
The blend consists of tobaccos from three Nicaraguan regions. Esteli, the capital of Tobacco where most of the factories are located. Condega, the valley between Esteli and the Honduran border. And Jalapa, on the border with Honduras. That creates a strong taste and distinct flavor.
The sizes
The line consists of many sizes. Including the new La Meridiana Minuto, there are 8 options available. They range from a 6¾x48 Churchill to the new 4×28 Minuto. In between, you find two different coronas. The first one is a 5½x44 corona and then there is a 5?x48 Corona Grande. The Corona Grande comes in a beautiful aluminum tube. Then there is a 6½x60 Gigante, a ring gauge that is very popular nowadays. The Robusto measures 5×50. Then there is a 6×50 Toro. The last vitola is a 6×52 Torpedo.
Villiger adds minuto to La Meridiana line so that the lovers of Nicaraguan tobacco can enjoy a shorter smoke. Something that comes in handy in the colder months of the year. The cigars are launched this month. The price in Germany will be €2,60 per La Meridiana Minuto.
