TOTAL TIME: 40 min
- 500gms Minced Chicken/ Ground Chicken
- 1 Onion
- ¼ cup Coriander
- 8-10 min Leaves
- 1 Jalapeño/ 2 Green Chilies
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ Black Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- Oil spray
- Finely chop Onion, Jalapeño, Coriander & Mint.
- In a mixing bowl add the chopped ingredients along with minced Chicken, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Turmeric, Chilli flakes, Red Chilli powder and Salt.
- Mix well, take small portions and shape into Kebabs.
- Spray oil in the air fryer and Place the Kebabs.
- Air fry for 15-20min ( flip after 10 mins).
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with Onions and Green chutney.
