Cigar News you can use: La Palina increases production

Cigar News:urban_logo

For La Palina fans and perhaps would be fans, La Palina is cranking up the  production of this highly sought out smoke. I have tried it myself twice and it is a medium to full body blend. It is worth smoking for the qualities we expect in a well made, tasty cigar.  Try it out and let me know your thoughts.  Your local B and M hopefully will be carrying it and if not contact the La Palina web site for information.

Keep smoking.

LA PALINA BRONZE LABEL ADDS TWO VITOLAS AS IT BECOMES REGULAR PRODUCTION

It started as a single-vitola release to members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America, but the La Palina Bronze Label is about to become a three-vitola release to all retailers.

As for the two new sizes, the line will be adding both a Robusto (5 1/2 x 50, $8.99) and a Gordo (6 x 60, $11) to the existing Toro (6 1/2 x 52, $9.99) offering that first shipped in May 2017. That size had been originally announced as a limited edition with a total of 16,000 cigars being produced, split into 800 boxes of 20 cigars.

The blend and production site will remain the same; the former is a mix of a Honduran wrapper and binder, with a filler of Honduran and Nicaraguan tobacco; the latter is Plasencia’s El Paraiso factory in Danlí, Honduras, which makes a number of cigars for Rocky Patel, who collaborated with La Palina on the blend.
