Lifestyle: It’s been two weeks since the Covid 19 shutdown in Los Angeles and keeping on top of my game has taken some doing.
Like the rest of the world, staying safe has been the watchword for all concerned. I still cannot believe there are people who are so cavalier about social distancing or taking risks which impact everyone around them.
The hood where in which I live is a wealthy part of town and the local farmer’s market was swarming with shoppers yesterday. I don’t get it.
My daily movements are limited to playing with the dog outside, or a walk when no one is basically around. I am working out but not as rigorous as normal and have not smoked a cigar in two weeks. Figure let’s save the lungs for breathing for now.
